Brian grew up in the construction industry and obtained his California contractors license in his early twenties. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Property Development and Management from the University of Southern California. Only twenty five students per year are accepted into this specialty program.
Brian has been a Colorado Real Estate Broker for over 11 years and is a proud member of the Denver Board of REALTORSŪ. Brian has attained his nationally recognized Graduate of Realtor Institute(GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR), At Home With Diversity and e-PRO designations. He is also an active and proud member of the Council of Residential Specialists(CRS).
Brian is technically & Internet savvy with over 5 years of experience in the HealthCare IT industry. He has obtained many IT industry recognized certifications with Microsoft, Oracle, Citrix, Cisco, CIW and more. With his advanced technical skills he strives to provide his the best available technology to assist with the marketing of his Client's homes and their transactions.
In addition, Brian has 10 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry including liability, auto, property and national catastrophe claims. Brian is thoroughly experienced in customer service while protecting the Public’s personal and financial interests. His tenure has afforded him experience with many intensive negotiation opportunities resulting in win-win results for all involved parties.
Brian wholeheartedly supports his local community by volunteering his time and effort. He continually works days, nights and weekends, communicates often and is available by phone 24/7.
